Do you ship to my country ?

 We are shipping to over 200 countries.

 
Where are my product is shipped from ?

We are located in France and Our main Sellers have their stocks in this countries France, Spain, Poland, Russia, USA and China. 

Is the packaging plastic free ?

Our packages are plastic free or biodegradable 

 

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. When my product will arrive?

What payment methods do you have ?

Payment methods include PayPal and Credit cards.
PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

 

  • After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.
  • You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one.
  • You can use the PayPal as you want according to the on-screen instructions.
Can I cancel my order ?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

How about refund ? 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
